Illustration, paintings and Zines
I have produced over 10 Zines, alone or with other artists. I love how much of an accessible and compact format the Zine is. I paint and draw, which I have been lucky enough to develop through my scenography work where I created several posters for events. I’m also running a project of painting on second hand clothes ZAKA.
Photography
Throughout my travels in Vietnam and South America, I always had two analog cameras with me. I enjoy documenting life through photography, and like using it in addition to other mediums.
Skate
I started skateboarding when I was 12. It has always made me feel close to urban spaces. In fact, it’s what led me to architecture - I’m passionate about skateboarding’s relationship with the many different spaces it occurs in.
Exhibitions and Publications
In 2021, I published my thesis, “The Poetics of Skate”. It discusses the relationship between skate and urban spaces. I then curated an exhibition at the Maison des Relations Internationales of Montpellier (France) surrounding skateboarding. I also spoke at a conference outlining my thesis work.
Videography
I have extensively experimented with videography as a new immersive way to share architecture concepts. It was also the perfect media to join architecture and dance trough the act of walking. I then directed a short film alongside a french choreographer.
